Return Policy

Due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we must enforce strict sanitary standards to protect all customers:

• Unopened Products: We gladly accept returns of unopened products in their original, sealed shrink-wrap packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
• Opened Products: We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, handled, or used, except in cases of manufacturer defect or warranty claims.
• Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, fine lingerie sets, robes, and wearable items cannot be returned once the protective seals have been removed.

🛡️ 1-Year Premium Warranty

All Yoosen electronic toys and massagers are covered by a comprehensive 1-Year manufacturer warranty. If your device experiences any technical faults (battery failure, charging issues, motor defects) within 365 days of delivery, we will provide a brand new replacement free of charge. No physical return of the defective item is required for safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

If you need to return an unopened item or lodge a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@yoosendesire.com with your order number (e.g. #VD-2026-89421) and the reason for the return/claim.
2. For warranty claims, please attach a brief video or photo demonstrating the defect.
3. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid discreet return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely, affix the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.
5. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
